Information We Collect
- Account information such as your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form).
- Student profile information you choose to provide, such as university, state, degree program, and fieldwork preferences.
- Supervisor application information, including contact details, BACB certification number, state license numbers, professional experience, resume/CV, and headshot.
- Messages you send to us or to supervisors through connection requests and contact forms.
How We Use Information
- To provide exam-prep memberships, student network access, and supervisor profiles.
- To review supervisor applications and verify submitted credential information.
- To route student connection requests to the supervisors they choose to contact.
- To respond to inquiries and communicate about your account.
What We Share
- Approved supervisor profiles are visible to registered students. Supervisor email addresses, phone numbers, certification numbers, license numbers, and resumes are not displayed publicly.
- When a student sends a connection request, the information in that request is shared with ABA Behavioral Institute so it can be forwarded to the selected supervisor.
- We do not sell personal information.
Storage and Security
- Resumes and headshots are stored in private storage and are only accessible to authorized ABA Behavioral Institute administrators, except for approved headshots displayed on supervisor profiles.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
Your Choices
- You may update your student profile at any time from your account.
- To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us through the Contact Us page.
